Prior to joining RAND, she was an Engineering Fellow at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, a Senior Associate at Booz|Allen|Hamilton, and a researcher with the U.S. Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center. She is recognized as a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for her contributions to the field of microwave photonics.
