A Franco-German Approach to China

Amid new global challenges, EU-China relations are rapidly evolving. Whether Beijing is a negotiation partner, an economic competitor or a systemic rival - or all three - remains to be seen. At the same time, France and Germany are emerging as two of Europe’s key players in bolstering regional security and reinforcing European unity.
